Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Please note: During high volume periods (e.g., product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed selected.

 

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

Local Delivery or Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or delayed, please contact us at [your@email.com] with your order number. We will work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the destination.
